It’s time to up your water game.

Simple, cheap and delicious.

〰️I know so many people struggle to drink enough water throughout the day, particularly during the silly season, so here are a few simple options to up your water game.

Ice cubes frozen with lemon & mint

This one is simple but probably my favourite go-to. After I've been to the farmer's markets I slice a lemon and pop a slice into each cube tray with a leaf of mint and a squeeze of some lemon juice then add water. This pre-prep means that even when I haven't been to the markets or aren't organised there is always something in the freezer ready to go. So simple but effective.

Liquid Chlorophyll

Now I certainly became famous for drinking this green concoction at one of my previous jobs, it seemed like a crazy health drink but in actuality, it just looks like cordial and tastes like mint. Besides being delicious liquid chlorophyll is also rich in vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids which means it is good for you too. You can buy liquid chlorophyll from most health food stores, my favourite brand is Grants which is Australian made and owned.

The Beauty Chef Collagen Inner Beauty Boost

I love this Aussie brand and the founder's overall health philosophy and this collagen drink is another good for you scrumptious sweet berry drink. Pop it in water or mix it in with hibiscus tea if you want to get real fancy, or alternatively, take a leaf out of my friend Karen's book and pop some chia seeds in the water while you're at it. The collagen elixir contains certified organic maqui berry, acai, papaya, blueberry, goji berry and pomegranate powders with grape seed extract, zinc and vitamin C.
